400 years ago, June 20, 1624, troops of the Crown of the Kingdom of Poland under command of Hetman Stanisław Koniecpolski and knight Stefan Chmielecki, destroyed Tatar army in Battle of Martynów, repelling invasion and fulfilling duties of Defender of Christian Europe.
